Your favorite wedding venues in Greenville, SC

I can hear the bells. Wedding season is upon us, Greenville, and while some couples are already making their way down the aisle, others are in full wedding planning mode. Before the cake-cutting and speeches can happen, you’ll need to find your venue.

We took to social media and asked in our newsletter what wedding venues you recommend. Of the 100+ responses, here are nine of your favorites plus 11 more honorable mentions.

City chic

The Venue at Falls Park, 631 S. Main St.

Tucked beneath Foxcroft Wine Co. and next to its namesake, this venue offers an industrial + chic place to tie the knot in the heart of downtown.

Zen Greenville, 924 S. Main St.

Put a ring on it inside the Lotus Lounge or outside in the Bamboo Garden before getting down on the dance floor or taking in the moves from the mezzanine above.

On the farm

The Venue at Rose Springs Farm, 44 Langley Rd., Travelers Rest

Head out of the city to this serene spot, featuring rolling hills, a fountain, and fire pits among its extensive amenities.

Aurora Farms, 1045 Milford Church Rd., Taylors

As you walk down the aisle inside this elegant barn, don’t miss the chance to look up at the exposed beams + chandeliers throughout.

Inn love

The Red Horse Inn, 45 Winstons Chase Ct, Landrum

If you’re looking to elope but don’t want the lights of Las Vegas in view, the backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains behind the terrace is waiting for you.

“I do” international

Hotel Domestique, 10 Road of Vines, Travelers Rest

Inspired by cyclist George Hincapie’s travels abroad, this boutique hotel situated near the Blue Ridge Mountains feels like an escape to the French countryside — need we say a-mour?

Edinburgh West, 3705 Locust Hill Rd., Taylors

sister venue to the Gassaway mansion, this English conservatory will have you feeling like you’re saying “I do” across the pond.

Old-school charm

Gassaway Mansion, 106 Dupont Dr.

Your wedding day will be historic, so why not host it in a historic 1920s mansion, which also happens to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The School House Venue, 5495 Locust Hill Rd., Travelers Rest

Speaking of historic places, this venue was built in 1923 and features the original school house stage — talk about setting the stage for your marriage
