The past twelve months have been a whirlwind. It’s hard to believe that the Grand Opening of Hotel Domestique and Restaurant 17 is just a couple of weeks away. The hotel is actually open now, and has been taking reservations for the past two weeks. As for the Restaurant, it will be opening this coming weekend for the Gran Fondo Hincapie event, October 25-26. Chef Adam Cooke has put together a talented team of chefs and the menu is nothing short of fantastic. We can’t wait to “officially” introduce it this weekend.
It also gives me great pleasure to announce another new project for 2014-2015. We are about to begin breaking ground on Domestique The Villas, which will give a handful of fortunate individuals the opportunity to become owners here and enjoy the HD experience every day. Although more information will be released in the coming days and weeks, I will say that George and I are excited to be working with Dillard Jones and Eric Brown Design on the design and development of these luxury villas, that promise to be as unique as the property itself.
Starting from the low 600s, the Villas will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom residences that have an elegant, contemporary feel and blend perfectly with the feel and design of Hotel Domestique. Of course, each will reflect an attention to detail for which Dillard Jones and Eric Brown Design have become known.
