July: A Culinary Tour de France
We have a savory treat in store for diners this month. In honor of the month-long Tour de France, Chef Adam Cooke will be featuring the culinary delights specific to several regions featured in this year’s epic bike race. As the Tour traverses mile after mile of French towns and countryside, Restaurant 17 will be highlighting many dishes that have become distinct local favorites. Our culinary tour begins in the region of Rennes on July 1 and winds its way over hill and dale until concluding triumphantly in Paris on July 29. Chef Adam and his team have been hard at work finalizing the menu and, suffice it to say, this is one culinary tour in which you’ll want to make every tasty stage.
