The rich pastureland in Upstate SC provides a great resource for producing fresh, farm-grown ingredients reminiscent of the Italian countryside. Chef Adam’s vegetable-forward philosophy and ability to combine traditional cooking methods with the most innovative culinary techniques gives an added flair to these distinctive Italian dishes. A suggested pairing of a fine Northern Italian wine will be offered for each course to enhance the rich variety of flavors typical of this type of cooking.
